  I was not impressed with the Trubacs. When we first got married, we were insuring our home, our cars and a few other things through them. The office was disorganized (their kids were running around), and I was frustrated by their seeming inability to correctly write a policy for my diamond engagement ring. (I wanted the cut, which was ideal, reflected in it.) When I communicated my frustrations to the wife, she basically told me we were welcome to go elsewhere. We did.

  I am a new customer to Tom's office and immediately felt like I've been there for years. The staff already remembers me by name and remembers my situation, which I appreciate. I came to State Farm for the rates, but am impressed with not only the rates, but the impeccable service that I receive each time that I need anything. I can pay my bill right there in the office, or call it in if I don't have time to stop, which is very convenient for my busy schedule. As most people, I don't know what all of the insurance lingo means, and they took the time to go over each and every coverage with me so that I know what I am paying for before I was even a customer of theirs. I cannot say enough positive things about this office. Thank you!
