- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I contacted their office in January after reading many wonderful reviews online. Their staff was super helpful in scheduling a new patient appointment for me for when my new insurance kicks in (March). I mentioned having a broken tooth and was told if I needed to come in sooner, to let them know and they would be happy to help with that. Fast forward to this weekend, my broken tooth broke more and now started catching on my tongue, causing me a lot of pain. I decided to call and leave a message for them on Saturday so they could get back to me Monday, while I was at work. Much to my surprise, I received a call at 8:05am this morning and was told due to some schedule changes, they could fit me in this morning. I jumped right on the opportunity. When I arrived I was greater by a pleasant, quiet wait room, complete with ice water and keurig machine for coffee and tea. The sign said someone would be with us shortly, and they were. The staff was very pleasant, understanding, and kind. From check in to check out, Dr. Susan Maples and her staff exceeded every expectation I had. I would recommend them to any one of any age.
