- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My 10 year old golden has been seeing this great team for almost three years. At our other vet (in another state) he was always so stressed he would shake and hide beneath my legs. This never happens here. He happily greets everyone in the office and remains (pretty) calm throughout his exam. I think this is a result of their intake process. After all greetings are complete (and he is greeted by name and with pets) we are immediately led into an exam room. We don't wait in a room filled with other nervous or sick pets. This approach seems to work well for us, even after he has been left for minor surgery visits. They're doing something right for us.April 17, 2017by Joan Glynn
